With his long years of experiences and knowledge in the finance and business world, Anson defines long-term strategic goals for SeedIn Philippines to ensure successful expansion and implementation of SeedIn into the Philippines.
He has been a Filipino IT entrepreneur for over 20 years and most recently the CEO of Sagesoft Solutions. He was also responsible for taking Touch Solutions public to the Philippine Stock Exchange in 2011 (PSE: TSE), which he then guided through its merger with Andrew Tan's Alliance Global Group, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines.
Mr. Uy is known locally for bringing disruptive technologies to the Philippine market, having introduced Enterprise Linux, MySQL and Amazon Web Services to the country.
Mr. Uy holds a double degree of BS Management Engineering and AB Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
As the Executive Director of SeedIn (Philippines), Edison is responsible for managing and developing the Philippines finance market, and works closely with other overseas counterparts to ensure successful expansion and implementation of SeedIn into the Philippines.
Prior to SeedIn, Mr. Tsai was the founding CEO of Sigmasoft Technologies, which was acquired by Touch Solutions in 2011 just before going public on the Philippine Stock Exchange. He also has over 17 years of experience in the development, management, and consultation of Information Management Projects for the major government agencies in the Philippines.
He has developed Information Management Project Plans and successfully managed large ICT projects which entailed direction and coordination of large group of ICT and user groups, including government-initiated project that aims to facilitate business registration-related transactions by integrating all agencies involved in business registration and validation, such as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Intellectual Property Office (IPOPHL), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Local Government Units (LGUs) and other permit/license-issuing agencies.
Mr. Tsai holds a degree in Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from De La Salle University in 2003.
Mr. Dexter Y. Tiu is the Founder and Chairman/CEO of Pure Energy Holdings Corporation. He concurrently holds the same positions at Pure's subsidiaries, Repower Energy Development Corporation, Tubig Pilipinas, Pure Geothermal, Inc., and Just Solar Corp. He is also a Director and Treasurer of Coal Asia Holdings Inc., Titan Mining and Energy Corp., and TKC Metals Corporation. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Zhangzhou Stronghold Steelworks Corporation in Xiamen, China. He is also a Director of JTKC Equities, Inc. and Star Equities, Inc. During his mid 20s, he served as the youngest Director of Vantage Equities, Inc. another publicly listed company. He is also involved in the microfinance, restaurant and agriculture industries. In the field of Public Service, he has served as a Makati LGU Elected official for 15 years.
Mr. Tiu holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University in 1993.
Imelda ‘Ida’ Tiongson who is an experienced corporate president and a known turn-around expert with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Her specialties include governance, risk management, banking, corporate lending, mergers and acquisitions, strategy management, and digital transformation.
Ida currently leads Opal Portfolio Investments (Spv-Amc) Inc. (‘Opal’), an ING formed company, as President. She also shares her knowledge and experience as a lecturer at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) where she also sits as Trustee and heads the Technology Governance Committee. She is also a Trustee of FintechAlliance.Ph and Fintech Philippines Association and Vice Chairman of Governance Committee at the Management Association of the Philippines.
In mid 2020, she also accepted Independent Directorships in a publicly listed company Xurpas Inc. and PruLife Uk Ph. Ida has almost a quarter century of extensive banking experience at the National Australia Bank and Philippine National Bank, last position was a Senior Vice President heading Remedial/ Corporate Lending before being pirated to head Opal. She even sat as a Board Director-Creditor Nominee for several years in Vitarich Corporation, representing consortium of both local and foreign creditors.
Ms. Gina dela Vega-Cruz who is a talented professional with more than 20 years of accomplishments in C-suite, media management, public, and corporate communications roles.

As the Managing Director of SeedIn (Taiwan), Amos is responsible for managing and developing the Taiwan finance market.
Amos graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of Nan Jeon University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. Prior to his stint in SeedIn, he was the Taiwan Business Director for Prime Group (Singapore), Deputy General Manager for the company's Mainland China branch, and the Deputy Project Leader of Wushijia Advertising Co., Ltd where the amount of money for the projects he handled exceeded NT$10 billion.
As a strong believer of legal foundations and business models being the fundamental basis of an online finance platform, he believes that teams with risk management experience and determination will emerge victorious in this sector.
